How long will my order take to arrive?
US Shipping: 7–14 days
International Shipping: 14–31 days
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes! We will upload tracking information as soon as it’s available. You can check the status of your order by visiting our Track Your Order page.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by entering your tracking number on our Track Your Order page. If you haven’t received tracking information yet, it will be updated as soon as possible.
How do I return a product?
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the provided instructions. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to get it to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to your order once it’s in the system. However, you can contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
What should I do if I received a damaged or defective item?
We’re sorry if this happens! If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll guide you on how to return the item for a full refund or replacement.
Do you ship to my country?
We offer international shipping to most countries. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us, and we’ll try to assist.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped, and we won’t be able to cancel it.
